We collect the following information when you register, including mobile phone number, name, avatar (if you have uploaded it), device model, IP; and collect the following information during your use, including the total number of your contacts (numeric), location, usage frequency, features’ usage, non-personal usage and device logs.

Our service operates through the cloud, allowing us to store a range of media, including messages, photos, videos, and documents, on our servers. This ensures that you can access your data from any of your devices, without having to worry about third-party backups. We take data security very seriously, and as such, all information is heavily encrypted. As a result, it is impossible for our engineers or non-authorized personnel to gain access to user data. Beem is deployed and hosted on Alibaba Cloud operated by the Saudi Cloud Computing Company (SCCC) in Saudi Arabia. Beem also spans across global network and use CDN (Content Delivery Network) in other countries to ensure speed and stability for Beem users outside Saudi Arabia. All data, however, is stored inside Saudi Arabia on Alibaba Cloud operated by the Saudi Cloud Computing Company (SCCC).

By choosing to share information and communicate with other users through our Beem Services, it is possible that they may be located outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When you agree to our Terms of Service and interact with these users on Beem, you are authorizing us to transfer your personal data to them as per our Privacy Policy. We implement all essential technical and organizational measures, including encrypting your personal data, to safeguard your information and mitigate any potential risk.

Therefore, users should take active measures individually to ensure the security of personal information, such as: protect your account with two-step verification PIN and change it on a regular basis, and do not disclose your personal information, such as the account PIN and/or the OTP you receive to any other person.

You acknowledge that the personal information protection measures provided by Beem only apply to Beem platform, and once you leave Beem’s site, including where you click on a link and browse or use other third-party websites, services and content resources, Beem will have no ability and obligation to protect the personal information that you submit to such third-party websites.

When you have completed the account registration with Beem, you can then, access, update or modify the personal information (Name and profile picture). You may not be able to modify your phone number that is provided by you in the registration process.

You may have certain rights in connection with your personal information, depending on the jurisdiction in which you are a citizen of, these rights may include:

■ Accessing, correcting, updating, or requesting deletion of your information.

■ Objecting to processing of your information, asking us to restrict processing of your information, or requesting portability of your information.

■ Withdrawing your consent at any time if we have collected and processed your information with your consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
